New East Hampton Home Overlooks Farmland, Asks $7.2M

A newly completed East Hampton residence, surrounded by farmland, is now asking $7.2 million.

The Hamptons-based Abstract Builders developed the 4,000-square-foot house at 10 Springs Fireplace Road. It is listed with Randi Ball and Sara Bertha of The Agency.

Situated on a 0.81-acre lot, the house enjoys views of the agricultural reserve, farmland and a neighboring horse farm, all while being just moments from East Hampton Village.

Designed with contemporary details, the home had immediate appeal with Alaskan Yellow Cedar shingles, Ipe decking and black Marvin windows.

The main level was made with effortless living in mind, according to the description, featuring an open-concept living and dining area with a high-end kitchen. A walk-in pantry makes kitchen storage a breeze, and there is even a dedicated appliance garage. A covered porch off the kitchen holds a 40-inch stainless steel grill with a sink.

The living room is warmed by a direct-vent gas fireplace, while a spacious dining area allows for entertaining.
