Lake Grove Village’s Lotto Park celebrate grand opening with ribbon cutting

By TBR News Media June 28, 2026 2 min read

Brookhaven Town Clerk Kevin LaValle recently attended the grand opening of the Village of Lake Grove’s new Lotto Park, celebrating the transformation of a once-neglected property into a vibrant community gathering space.

The new park represents a remarkable revitalization effort by the Village. The property previously contained a dilapidated structure that had become an eyesore for residents. Through planning, dedication, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life, Village officials have successfully transformed the site into a beautiful recreational space that will benefit residents.

“It was an honor to join the Lake Grove Village Officials and community members for the grand opening of Lotto Park”, said Town Clerk LaValle. “This project is a great example of how local government can make a meaningful impact on the community. Families, children, and residents of all ages will enjoy this park for generations to come. I congratulate Mayor Robert Scottaline, the Village Board, and everyone involved in bringing this project to completion.”
