‘Ultimate’ Private Bayfront Retreat on L.I.’s North Fork Lists for $16.8M

Situated on the coveted Nassau Point peninsula in Cutchogue, a residence has been listed for $16.8 million — the most expensive on the North Fork.

Sheri Winter Parker of The Corcoran Group is representing the sellers of the 4.25-acre compound on the Peconic Bay.

The resort-like property at 1350 West Cove Road boasts many amenities and standout features, such as 300 feet of private sandy beach.

Artist-designed gates adorned with a “leaf” motif open to reveal a winding drive that leads to a nearly 10,000-square-foot main house.

Built in 2006, the design is a classic seaside shingle-style, complete with eight bedrooms and eight-and-a-half baths.

The grand foyer sets the tone with detailed coffered ceilings, millwork and dramatic light fixtures found throughout the home.
