Gurney’s Summer Music Series Heats Up for July 4 in Montauk

Gurney’s Montauk Resort is exploring a new live entertainment experience on the East End. The in-person DJ showcase began at the resort on May 22 and will continue through September 7, with a special Gurney’s Summer Music Series line-up for the days surrounding the Fourth of July. The resort suggests this series is enjoyable for couples, friend groups and individuals.
The Independence Day festivities kick-off on Thursday, July 2 with DJ Ryan Hand from 1–5 p.m. on the beach. The firepit area entertainment will be provided by Chachi from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Between these two performances, the Chelsea Living Room will host Robyn Adele Trio with Mark Wolf and Ryan Hand DJing later in the evening.
On July 3, Ryan Hand starts the celebration once again on the beach at noon. Austin Millz follows this performance at 3 p.m. General admission tickets to see Millz are available for $150. The firepit portion of the evening begins at 6 p.m. with DJ So Dope. Ryan Hand will make his second appearance for the day following So Dope’s performance. The Chelsea Living Room will host Piper Phillips and Twin Diplomacy from 6:30 p.m. until close.
The Fourth of July on Saturday has a higher-profile lineup with Oli Benz opening the beach celebration at noon. Guests will then have the opportunity to see DJ Blondish. General admission tickets cost $250. The firepit opens at 6 p.m. with Chachi and Carlos Melange. The Chelsea Living Room performers are yet to be announced.
The festivities surrounding Independence Day conclude on July 5. Ryan Hand will perform for a third beach day at noon. The beach general admission concerts continue with Claptone. Tickets are available for purchase for $175. The firepit entertainment is provided by Tre from 6–9 p.m. Piper Phillips, Oli Benz and Mark Wolf will reside in the living room for the remainder of the evening.
Cabana and lounge daybed reservations for this series are available at The Beach Club website. Guests without a booking may receive a seat at the bar on a first-come-first-serve basis. Table reservations are available via the firepit.
